I have discovered a new app on my iphone that allows you to sell the items from your personal closet. What a great idea. It’s has been my obbession for the pass 2 weeks. Everybody loves a great deal. I have quit a few websites that offer great deals on items I will post that later but now back to my obsession! LOL. Coconut oil is so effect at dealing with different health problems because it is anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-oxidant and improves nutrient absorption, as well as being a moisturizing agent. Therefore, with this in mind, it is of no wonder why it would be a great foot cream, antibacterial ointment, and hair conditioner. Additionally, for breastfeeding mothers, a daily dose of coconut oil will enrich and produce more milk for their babies. It is amazing at how it also aids in relieving hot flashes, intestinal infections, and can help in preventing cancer.

I love coconut oil and all it’s Benefits, I cook with it and it give your food a tropical taste.

Garlic is My Wonder, Go To Holistic Remedy, I use Garlic all the time when I’m not feeling well. It helps when I’m catching a cold and need to get rid of mucus in my Body. Raw garlic is better than cooked if the person wishes to take advantage of the full medicinal potential of allicin. The reason is that the molecule is very unstable and is easily destroyed by elevating the temperature. The best way to ingest it, is to pop a clove in your mouth sip a little orange juice and chew really fast. LOL. Swallow and chase with more juice.
